Leather Jacket: Topshop | Black Tee: River Island (old) | Midi Skirt: Primark (july)
Cut Out Shoes: New Look | Yellow Satchel: Zara (sale)
Hello! I haven't been very good on the old blog in the last few days, the weather has been horrendous and there was no way of photographing any of the outfits I'd planned. I'll need to remember to make the most of the sunny days next time. And there will be a 'next time', apparently there's another heat wave coming soon - woooo! *starts filling paddling pool*
So unless you've been living under a rock for the past few weeks, you'll know it was the Common Wealth games closing ceremony last night. There's been loads going on in Glasgow so me and Andy thought we'd go into Merchant City for a walk around. We hung about in Merchant Square for a bit watching the big screens, but didn't stay too long since it was so busy. The ceremony itself looked so good - I wish I'd been there!
Last night was the first time I'd worn this pineapple print midi skirt from Primark - I am obsessed with this skirt! I just love the colours and print, and even better - it goes perfectly with my favourite Zara bag. It was also the first trip out for these cut out shoes that I got yesterday - I couldn't wait to wear them. They're the perfect smart/casual shoes and they'll be perfect for if I'm going out for drinks or to blogging events where I'm taking a guess at the dress code!
I hope you liked this outfit! What did you all get up to this weekend?

I've been trying to find this skirt everywhere! Primark have loads of lovely prints in at the moment but I want this one sooooo badly haha. Yesterday I went to see the Badminton at the Emirates Arena then decided just to stay in to watch the closing ceremony, I'm kind of sad that the games are over now!x
