One of my favourite things about the build-up to summer is choosing a new summer fragrance. I'm quite picky when it comes to perfumes - I know what I like and I tend to stick to the same kind of scents and brands. Do any of you do this too? One of my favourite brands has always been DKNY. I'll never forget getting my first bottle of 'Be Delicious' when I was still at school. It came with a little apple charm bracelet and I thought I was the coolest person ever. I was so excited when I got the chance to some of the new perfumes from the DKNY S/S range. I swear I could stare at these pretty pastel bottles all day!
The first two are from the new DKNY Be Delicious collection, 'City Blossom'. The collection has three scents - the classic Be Delicious perfume and two new twists on the original. I love the shape of the bottles - perfect for carrying around and they make a lovely little dressing table decoration too!
DKNY Be Delicious City Blossom 'Urban Violet'* - Urban Violet has top notes of raspberry, blackberry and red delicious apple blossom. To the untrained nose (mine), I'd say it's a bit like parma violets. It's really light, feminine and fruity in a subtle way, if that makes sense. This one is my favourite!
DKNY Be Delicious City Bottom 'Empire Apple'* - Empire Apple is the classic Be Delicious scent that almost everyone can recognise. Apple, cucumber, grapefruit and magnolia are the top notes and to me, it's the apple that stands out the most. This is the perfect candidate for a summer holiday perfume!

Next is the gorgeous DKNY Women Limited Edition fragrance*. Although two of the main 'notes' are grapefruit and pear, this one is a lot less fruity than the Be Delicious collection. It's a fresh, feminine, clean scent and a lovely day time perfume. This one is available exclusively at Superdrug (here).
