I've talked about Oliver's acid reflux a lot on my blog over the last few months. It's something I hadn't even heard of babies having before I had him and although it's not as bad now as it was a few months ago, it's not an easy thing to deal with. Constantly changing his clothes only for him to be sick all over them again within seconds of picking him up - I've had days where I've spent half an hour changing Oliver into 4 or 5 different baby grows because he's been sick on every one as soon as I've put it on him. Then there's me - clothes and hair covered in sick too, which makes getting us both ready to leave the house a bit of a difficult task to say the least.
We're so lucky that the sick is the only problem with the reflux. It doesn't hurt Oliver, he's somewhat unaware of it actually. He can be in his jumperoo having the time of his life, throw up a tonne of milk mid-jump and carry on like nothing's happened. I made a video a few weeks ago talking about acid reflux in babies and explained how it started with Oliver and what treatments we had tried so far.
A few people had recommended that we try seeing a chiropractor to see if they could help. I read up on it and found quite a few people saying they'd had really good results from it so we decided to give it a go. Here's a new video about our visits to the chiropractor for acid reflux ....
Have any of you had babies with reflux? And did you visit a chiropractor?
